What should we expect on the day of the tour?
You will be joining other passengers in the comfort of our executive bus or van, unless you have booked a private tour in which case the entire black car will only be your party.
The SA > HC tour will originate from World Market (17414 La Cantera Pkwy) at 11:30am and we will travel north for approximately 30 minutes to just over an hour, depending on your tour selection. We will return to World Market at approximately 5:30pm.
The ATx > BC tour will originate from Southside Market & BBQ (10515 N Mopac Expy Suite B-225) at 10:00 and we will travel north for approximately 30 minutes to just over an hour, depending on your tour selection. We will return to The Shops at Arbor Walk at approximately 4:30pm.
We will spend approximately one hour at each location to allow for a relaxed tasting and the opportunity to enjoy a glass if you so choose.

What is the cancelation policy?
Reservations are paid in advance for all tours. This gift certificate can be used within 12 months of the date issued by you or anyone you choose. No refund in any form will be issued for "no shows" or cancellations made the day of the tour.
If the tour is cancelled by the operator for any reason, a refund will be provided. Tours will be operated rain or shine unless the operator feels conditions are unsafe.

Definitely! Space is limited, and we’ll pick you up from your location.
-
How far in advance should I book the tour?
We recommend that you schedule your tour at least 48 hours in advance, although tours on Saturdays and holiday weekends tend to fill up about three weeks in advance, so we recommend booking as soon as possible.

What are the terms and conditions?
Every single passenger on the bus must be 21 years old as of the date of the tour with absolutely NO exceptions. Minors and/or children are not allowed on the bus even if they are accompanied by an adult. If someone makes a reservation and is found to be under 21 years old at presentation of identification the day of the tour, they will not be allowed to board the bus and no refund will be issued. Should any passenger "make a mess" on the bus, they will be charged a $300 cleaning fee to be charged to the booking credit card.

What is winery ettiquette?
The purchase of wine club memberships, bottles or cases is highly encouraged. Ask questions and get to know what makes each winery special. Tours are meant to be educational and help you develop your knowledge of wine and the winemaking process. Wineries have the right to refuse service to anyone they may feel has over-imbibed, at their own discretion.
-
How is the tour conducted?
As you enter each winery, your driver will escort you to the tasting room and introduce you to your tasting host. Guests are encouraged to taste and ask questions at each winery to discover what makes each unique. If you enjoy a particular wine, feel free to purchase a bottle (or case!) and we will be happy to load it in the bus and make sure it arrives home safely with you.

-
How long is a tour?**
Whether it's a custom tour or one of our packages, we have a 5 hour minimum time block that the reservation will need to fill. Beyond 5 hours, it's really up to you! We are flexible with our availability and time-schedule, so please don't hesitate to send a proposal our way.
-
What if 5 hours isn't long enough?**
Our standard tour is 5 hours long and includes stops at 3 wineries; this has proven to be ample time to do a full tasting at each winery. Occasionally we have had parties that wish to extend the fun! In these instances, if (a) ALL PARTIES agree to add an additional stop/time and (b) the driver feels that there is enough time left in the day to add an additional stop, he can choose to do so at an additional charge of $160/hour - not including tasting fees - to be billed and paid immediately at the time of extension via the credit card used at the time of booking. If not all of the parties agree or the operator does not feel comfortable extending, the tour will last the originally scheduled 5 hours.
